Go to Income tab in Turbotax on-line, in menu items, Select T-slips, then from the drop down list select your T4A(P) slip. The entry page will open.

How do I fill out a T4A?

When filling out T4A-NR slips, follow these instructions:

  1. Clearly fill out the slips.
  2. Report, in dollars and cents, all amounts you paid during the year.
  3. Report all amounts in Canadian dollars, even if they were paid in another currency.
  4. Do not enter hyphens or dashes between numbers.
  5. Do not enter the dollar sign ($).

Do you need sin for T4A?
